Powered by your AI, we deploy metric-driven assessments to identify key gaps observed through real behavioural patterns and trends, providing a roadmap for growth that is traceable and measurable.

We review those diagnostics with you to create tailored development experiences that translate your strategic goals into impactful and actionable learning pathways.

Step two -
Design

Leave the logistics to us, we will work with your teams to schedule workshops on a timeline we will determine together, then deliver the tailored learning package targeting your high priority audiences.

Step three -
Deliver

Learner confidence and satisfaction is useful, but we will take it a step further, returning to your organisation after 30, 60 and 90 days to reinforce learning and redeploy our AI diagnostics so you can measure real-time behaviour change.

Step four -
Measure

Typical cost for an end-to-end programme is £15,000 - £35,000 which is inclusive of diagnostics, tailored training design, targeted workshops and ongoing reinforcement to ensure learning translates into real behaviour change.

Every organisation is different. The final investment depends on the number of participants, the level of seniority, the depth of diagnostics and tailoring required. We will always be clear and upfront with no surprises.

About us

Gareth and David come at learning and transformation from different starting points, but with a shared belief: if it doesn’t reflect the reality people work in, it won’t stick.

Gareth spent his early career in the Armed Forces, where leadership isn’t theoretical, it’s lived, tested, and visible every day. He has spent close to two decades designing and delivering learning in complex organisations, building capability that people can actually use in the moments that matter. Awarded an MBE in recognition of his service, he brings a grounded approach shaped by both experience and theory.

David’s background is in design, with a strong customer-first mindset that runs through everything he does. His work focuses on understanding what people really need. Using data and insight to shape solutions that are relevant, practical, and built around the user experience, for him, learning isn’t something you deliver to people, it’s something you design with them in mind from the very start.

 

Together, they combine leadership experience, design thinking, and a diagnostic-led approach to create learning that fits the environment it’s intended for and makes a difference once it’s there.
